Key Responsibilities
- Provide restorative care and administer medication to enable residents to age with dignity, safety, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communicate effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in care delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Certification in Basic Life Support and First Aid, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
