The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, customer analytics, and performance measurement tools. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, driving integration of eCommerce capabilities with in-practice brick-and-mortar strategies, and overseeing the implementation of digital merchandising, technology platforms, and data tools.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of a holistic Omni-Channel Marketing strategy that aligns the brand's presence across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency in branding, promotions, and shopper messaging at both the digital and physical shelves. Work in partnership with Marketing and Sales to ensure integrated execution of digital commerce and omni-channel marketing initiatives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to a team of digital commerce and omni-channel marketing professionals.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer analytics, and performance measurement tools. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. ~15 years of experience in digital commerce, shopper marketing, or related roles. Animal health or pharmaceutical experience a plus.
