Responsibilities
- Develops and implements clinical study concepts, leading to clinical trial protocols.
- Provides medical/scientific supervision of individual clinical trials.
- Defines clinical trial-related goals and objectives.
- Conducts literature and database research as needed.
- Collaborates with Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Trial Managers at the study level and with the Therapeutic Area Program Manager.
- Leads program team meetings, scientific advisory boards, study steering committees, and data/safety monitoring meetings.
- Supervises the Clinical Team to produce high-quality program deliverables on schedule.
Requirements
- A MD or MD/PhD with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Oncology training with translational and/or clinical research experience preferred.
