Job Summary
The General Manager directs the daily operations of a railroad, executing and managing operational processes to maximize efficiency and safety. This role oversees and manages overall execution of the railroad operating plans, strategy, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs in relation to operational targets and Key Performance Indicators.

The General Manager will be accountable for asset utilization, developing and maintaining safety cultures, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.

- Bachelor's degree required
