You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and branch and TSDF operations leadership to ensure that operational improvements are rolled out quickly and effectively, and that initiatives are sustained.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sustainable continuous improvement cultures using DMAIC principles to enhance work processes and output. ">
- Manage day-to-day ownership of operational data and reporting, including dashboarding and tracking MEG's operational performance in real-time. ">
- Play a crucial role in transforming the organization into a more efficient, agile, and competitive business by embedding DMAIC processes throughout its branch operations. ">
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. ">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in multi-site, geographically distributed branch project operations. ">
- Deep understanding of Operational Excellence frameworks and a proven toolkit for driving performance improvements. ">
- Strong metrics and reporting expertise, with a track record of developing and managing digital KPI dashboards to enhance branch operations. ">
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn NetSuite, Power BI, and Field FX Tools for data-driven decision-making. ">
