To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Management. You should have at least 5 years of production or maintenance management experience, or equivalent. Experience in electrical and mechanical repair of transformers or related equipment is also required.
You will also need proficiency in MS Office Suite and production MRP systems, as well as familiarity with continuous improvement cultures (Lean, 6S, Safety, High Engagement Work Systems).
