Your Responsibilities
Shaping the operational strategy for sustainable, profitable growth and performance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Create a compelling vision and strategy for the operation that aligns with the overall technology strategy.
Develop and execute an operational strategy that drives business performance and is fully aligned to growth and margin expansion priorities. Support site leadership to deliver excellent day-to-day operational performance across key efficiency, service-level, safety, quality, and people indicators.
Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative, and empowered leadership culture influencing and engaging at all levels across the organizational matrix. Ensure the technology manufacturing footprint and capability are fit for purpose by proactively interpreting and planning timely responses to changes in the market and anticipating customer requirements.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. 10 years of leadership experience in a food or food-related manufacturing facility. A commitment to operational excellence with continuous improvement and cost-effective agility driving success.
