Senior Production Manager Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing department and drive operational excellence. This is a full time, onsite role located in West Caldwell – (1st Shift, 8:00 to 4:30).
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading teams, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. They will provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams, ensure efficient operations and adherence to industry standards. The Sr. Production Manager will supervise and develop three Manufacturing Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. They will champion a culture of quality, safety, and compliance with cGMPs and GDPs. The successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. They will troubleshoot issues, lead investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
