Job Description
The overall mission of the Store Manager is to be a leader within the LensCrafters organization. The Store Manager delivers key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience.
- Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including: Net Promoter Score; Sales to Plan; Training Saturation
- Take pride in the store and guide the team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines flawlessly to ensure the best customer and patient experience
