As an Organizational Development Consultant at Regeneron, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and development. You will work closely with the HRBP team to provide strategic, operational, and programmatic support across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
This includes partnering with key leaders in the business and HR COEs to evaluate, influence, and execute people-centric solutions to business challenges. You will also provide coaching to executives, managers and employees, with an emphasis on promoting and maintaining Regeneron's high-performance culture.
- Developing and implementing programs to support the company's change management initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Employee Relations team to ensure timely and effective resolution to employee inquiries and complaints.
- Managing and/or facilitating Workday and other HRIS transactions.
- Providing coaching to executives, managers and employees, with an emphasis on promoting and maintaining Regeneron's high-performance culture.
