Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Outpatient Services setting, focusing on electrocardiography, Holter monitors, event recorders, EKGs, stress testing, and echo stress testing.
Communicate effectively with physicians, Director of Nursing, House Supervisor, and co-workers about patient clinical condition updates, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Educate patients and families on cardiac health, disease management, and self-care techniques.
Provide coverage in the Cardiac Rehab department as needed, promoting patient recovery and wellness.
