Job Title: OBGYNs - Innovative Practice Model
Summary
We seek board-certified or board-eligible OBGYNs to join our innovative practice model in eastern Idaho. Our practice model offers a clear and structured approach, guaranteeing financial stability and professional autonomy.
Our group delivers about 30 babies per month, and we are committed to maintaining strong OB services for our growing community of 50,000 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in labor and delivery (L&D), obstetrics clinic, and emergency department
- Manage patient care during business hours, including office visits and phone calls
- Participate in call rotation, covering L&D, OB clinic, and patient management for one week every four weeks
Outside of the designated OB call week, physicians have the flexibility to customize their GYN practice, take time off, or adjust their workload.

Compensation
