You will have the opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on the lives of children and their families across the San Luis Valley as a full-time Family Support Partner.
FAMILY SUPPORT PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visiting families in their homes to offer vital support and guidance
- Collaborating with community agencies to provide families with resources they need to navigate behavioral health services
- Connecting with children and caregivers to offer direct services and ensure they feel empowered and supported

Your work helps families build resilience, and you are a steady source of encouragement in their journey toward healing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, children, and community agencies
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field (preferred)
