Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about providing care to children and families. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics is required, as is a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Additionally, experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as EPIC would be beneficial.
