Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Care Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing personal care assistance to our elderly residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. You'll also assist with meals, engage in social and recreational activities, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with meals, including feeding residents who require additional support
- Engage in social and recreational activities to promote resident well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation
- Prior experience working with the elderly preferred
