About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead, where you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Collaborate with regional and business unit management teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- ANALYZE SALES TRENDS, RESULTS, AND MARKET CONDITIONS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related industry professional sales experience
- 5 years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district, or regional level
- Bachelor's Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
