**Site Vice President Role**
We are seeking an experienced Site Vice President to lead our Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania facility. This role will involve overseeing the management of our plant operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and driving business results.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all aspects of plant operations.
- Lead daily production meetings to address facility issues and optimize talent through planning, assessment, and actions.
- Evaluate and manage plant capacity to meet customer demands while maintaining cost and quality.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements and performance improvements.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety by creating an accident-free workplace and promoting a culture of accountability.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or related field.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years combined related experience, including 5 years of management experience as an Operations Manager or other roles at the Plant Manager or Plant Director level.
- Experience leading in a union environment.
- Able to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
