About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Medical Director to join our team at Premise Health in Austin, MN. As a Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and primary care to patients in our onsite direct care clinic. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in family practice, emergency room, ambulatory care, or occupational health settings, as well as minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-focused health care services to patients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to drive member engagement and increased utilization.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines to improve service to clients/accounts.
- Meet with prospective physician and provider candidates to support assessment of clinical quality and cultural fit.
- Partner with DCO and operations team members to drive member engagement and increased utilization.
