**Job Overview**
We are seeking an additional Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our established practice in the Illinois River Valley.
As a Primary Care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages. Our office hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8am-4:30pm, and Thursday from 8am-12pm.
The successful candidate will participate in a rotation of on-call duties with other providers, ensuring adequate coverage during nights and weekends.
This is a full-time position that includes dedicated administrative time, allowing for flexible scheduling to ensure optimal patient access.
We utilize a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR, enhancing care coordination and improving patient outcomes.
