About the Role
The Principal Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies for IT security, risk, and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of global security solution designs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security architectures that align with business objectives and manage security risk.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in global security, providing technical consulting services and solution designs to support compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Design and implement a strategic plan to mitigate security risk within the organization and drive the implementation of security architecture standards and roadmap.
- Provide architectural oversight of IT project activities to ensure adherence to standards and security best practices.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in information security, security architecture, or other relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in computer science or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Experience working with public cloud security.
- Cloud or e-commerce industry experience.
