About the Position
We are seeking an educational leader to join our team as Principal of Turner Primary School.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Use data to inform decisions and lead program and curriculum improvements
Requirements
- A Master's degree and 040 certification
- Successful teaching and administrative experience, preferably at the elementary level
- Experience in analyzing data to inform instruction and supporting staff in doing the same
- The ability to work collaboratively to foster a positive school climate
- Knowledge of current instructional best practices
- Expertise in instructional supervision and evaluation
- Experience with building multi-tiered systems of support including PBIS and an emphasis on inclusionary practices
- Ability to be a contributing member of the administrative team
