We are seeking a highly experienced Principal RF and Microwave Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for the development and release of a diverse portfolio of microwave semiconductor products. Your responsibilities will include generating production tests plans, designing and debugging RF test boards, and analyzing data using sound statistical methodology.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Reliability Engineering, to ensure the successful release of products to production. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production tests plans to verify product performance.
- Design and debug RF test boards for automated test equipment.
- Analyze data using sound statistical methodology to set test limits and datasheet specifications.
- Collaborate with internal and offshore test facilities to release products to production.
- Evaluate all aspects of product manufacturing, including hardware, documentation, BOMs, and costing for the production release of a product.
- Ensure new product introduction is successful and on schedule.
