Legal Counsel Role
As a Senior Legal Counsel in our Product team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. You will work closely with product management and development teams to identify and remediate risks with new and existing products and services throughout the development lifecycle.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Support and/or lead the implementation, management, and improvement of policies and procedures to improve compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and non-legal stakeholders on product development activities and product launches to translate risk management requirements into the product development process.
- Draft and negotiate the terms of various agreements, including software/technology agreements.
- Provide guidance on the use of open-source software.
- Support global license compliance and privacy programs.
- Conduct periodic training on a variety of topics for wide audiences.
- Monitor applicable laws and regulations.
