As a key leader in the formulation and execution of Product strategies that drive financial performance and growth for assigned states, product lines or business units, you will:
1. Serve as a key leader in the formulation and execution of Product strategies that drive financial performance and growth for assigned states, product lines or business units.
2. Lead development of state, line or business unit strategies within the Product Management organization that align with Small Commercial strategy while adjusting as needed for geographic / business dynamics.
3. Lead Product Management teams and partner with key stakeholders to understand market trends and drive strategies that address business challenges, meet profitability goals and enhance business outcomes.
