**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as a Program Coordinator for Academic Enrichment at Jobleads-US. The successful candidate will provide support for our after-school programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students in grades first through fifth.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations of the after-school program, including monitoring check-in and check-out procedures, collecting and dispersing data, and answering phone calls.
- Frequently fill in for after-school learning teachers and assist students with homework and small group instruction/tutoring.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
**Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Working Hours:
The workday will primarily follow the district calendar for instructional days with a few exceptions; Project Summer Spirit opportunities will also be available. Workdays: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Thursday).
