About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly experienced Program Senior Director, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team at Saab's Land Systems division.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project management principles and concepts, as well as leadership ability and organizational skills.
">Key responsibilities include setting up and executing a comprehensive and integrated training, depot support, spares, maintenance and repair program for Land Systems' diverse portfolio.
">This includes developing and managing a program plan by coordinating with stakeholders, customers, programs, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and other internal and external stakeholders.
">The successful candidate will also effectively develop and manage relationships and cooperation with key industry partners.
">Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business or related discipline is required. ">
- Master's degree/MBA is preferred. ">
- Strong business acumen and effectiveness working well with all levels of people in the organization. ">
- DoD SECRET security clearance, TS/SCI is a plus. ">
- Ability to travel up to 30%, both international and domestic. ">
