Program Director

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to serve as a Program Manager for our Gatehouse group home in Rutland, MA. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the group home, including program development, supervision of residential staff, and management of resources. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with intellectual developmental disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee daily operations of the group home
• Develop and implement programs to support residents' goals and objectives
• Supervise and train residential staff
• Manage resources and budget to ensure effective use of resources
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting, with at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to complete 2 weeks of orientation training in Rutland
