">The Program Director plays a vital role in the management of our program, providing direction and supervision to staff while ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies. This position requires a licensed clinician (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.) with experience in administration or management of mental health programs.
">Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical supervision for interns ">
- Initiate quality improvement measures as necessary ">
- Monitor and assess staff morale, building team spirit and continuity ">
- Participate in the interview process to determine prospective staff qualifications ">
- Develop and deliver bi-monthly in-service trainings to staff on topics such as milieu management and utilization reviews ">
- Ensure adherence to health code policies, JACHO, and licensing regulations ">
- Conduct facility tours and provide on-call support as needed ">
Requirements:

- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field ">
- Current and valid LMFT or LMSW or PhD or PsyD or LPC or LCSW license required ">
- Two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs ">
- Ability to provide clinical supervision for interns ">
