Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to define business use cases that leverage AI/ML technologies, ensuring they meet quality and risk management standards, as well as ethical guidelines. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, privacy and information security experts, and program management to provide business leadership and ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business use cases that leverage AI/ML technologies
- Collaborate with technical partners to lead the design and development of requirements for leveraging BCBS system data assets
- Manage and scale the BCBS GenAI innovation ecosystem
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning in healthcare and adjacent industries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Healthcare Policy, or related fields
- Masters/Advanced degree in Health Information Technology, Healthcare Policy, or related fields
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams
