Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead our Summer Camp Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing programs, and managing staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs aligned with state standards and company policies
- Manage staff and resources to ensure high-quality programming
- Maintain accurate attendance and registration records
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, and at least two years of direct work experience with school-age children. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or certification in youth-related fields.
