Key Responsibilities
- To provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult mental health conditions
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- To engage with other providers, consumers, and health organisations to improve service quality
Requirements
- Registration as a psychiatrist with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Postgraduate qualification in psychiatry or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
