Job Description:
- Coordinate and facilitate Food Safety and Quality program to protect our products and improve quality performance globally beyond the factory door, focusing on Warehouses, Logistics, Distribution, and e-commerce areas.
- Collaborate on the Standardization of processes, performance indicators, training and development in Quality concepts focused on continuous improvement, to optimize the end to end Global Quality processes.
- Create an environment of team spirit with Logistics, Distribution, e-commerce and Global Quality, timely and effective communications, promoting flexible and open mindsets to new opportunities.
- Engage in proactive measures to promote a culture while ensuring all applicable Safety, Health and Environment requirements aligned with Global Quality & Monozukuri Development.
