Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team as an MRI Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and be able to perform complex exams with accuracy and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans on patients, utilizing knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy to select appropriate protocols
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in radiologic technology or two years of experience in a directly related area
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- Basic Life Support OR CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers
