Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join our team as an Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will provide real estate law counsel to Campus Services and other divisional administrators, including drafting contracts and negotiating lease agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on real estate matters, including construction, development, acquisitions, and leases.
- Draft and negotiate contracts for real estate transactions.
- Assist with legal aspects of Board of Trustee reporting.
- Manage litigation matters related to real property and facilities.
Required Skills:
- Ten years of experience in real estate law in New Hampshire.
- Bachelor's degree and a JD from a nationally recognized law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice law within the State of New Hampshire.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
