This Regional Lead Recovery Care Coordinator position requires a highly skilled professional to manage WCGS-Service contractor assignments at regional locations. Key responsibilities include supervising contract personnel, ensuring compliance with WCP policies, and identifying potential issues affecting program performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of WCGS contractors at regional locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program performance.
- Work closely with USSOCOM WCP leadership to address concerns and issues.
- Provide training and support to contract personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Maintain accurate records of case management data.
- Respond to inquiries from USSOCOM WCP stakeholders regarding WCP processes, policies, and procedures.
- Hold a valid TOP SECRET clearance.
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in RCC or Case Management.
- Familiarity with DoD and VA medical systems is highly valued.
