Job Title: Recruiting Business Partner
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiting Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience, as well as a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of full-time Amazon experience. Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates is also required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Buiding and maintaining network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management;
- Working closely with Business, TA and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
- Leading and/or participating in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition;
You will be part of a collaborative team environment that fosters a strong service-oriented culture, ensuring delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meeting customer service level agreements.
