Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our end-to-end hiring process. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute recruiting activities, guide candidates through the selection process, and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for phone screens, asking insightful questions and leaving candidates feeling valued and inspired.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, actively listening to their needs, providing guidance, and utilizing technology to streamline the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR in the selection and hiring process.
- Utilize current recruitment processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Manage recruiting projects and events.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, utilizing applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Evaluate, design, develop, and roll out college recruiting and internship programs.
- Manage the Immigration program and work as a liaison across the business to ensure success.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists on higher-level roles and act as a subject matter expert for junior partners.
Requirements
- High School diploma plus 6 years' related experience or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' related experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years' related experience.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with both exempt and non-exempt recruiting, including technical, professional, and managerial positions.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide projects related to recruitment such as immigration, college internships, etc.
