Hilmar Cheese Company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing recruiting activities, guiding candidates, and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR in the selection and hiring process.
- Utilizing current recruitment processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Managing recruiting projects and events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A High School diploma plus 6 years' of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' of related experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years' of related experience.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with both exempt and non-exempt recruiting, including technical, professional, and managerial positions.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide projects related to recruitment, such as immigration, college internships, etc.
