We're seeking an accomplished Associate Director, Cell Line Development to lead our cell line development projects, optimize workflows, and ensure successful project execution through strategic collaboration and effective communication. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in cell and molecular biology, project management, and people leadership to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation.
Key Qualifications
• PhD degree in cell/molecular biology with 8-10 years of relevant experience or a BS/MS and 15 years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, life science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of cell and molecular biology principles, as well as experience in managing projects and people
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries
• Experience with automation and/or flow cytometry is highly desirable
