Regional Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences
• Set and achieve financial goals, including budget management and reporting on key performance metrics
• Maintain high standards of guest service by implementing service standards and resolving issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Built and maintain positive relationships with local business partners, the community, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role
• Proven track record of managing profitable hotel operations and achieving financial goals
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
