We're currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel to join our Office of General Counsel in the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with at least six years of experience handling employment counseling and/or employment litigation. They will be responsible for identifying and assessing employment-related legal risks and opportunities, advising Human Resources accordingly, and providing training to Firm personnel on employment-related risks.
In addition, the candidate will counsel Human Resources and Ethics & Compliance on misconduct investigations, advise on employment law developments, and contribute to the development of firm policies to comply with applicable law.
