Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on self-service resources, and assisting with transactions. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial priorities, and connect them with solutions that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Risk Management and Operational Excellence: Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence in all daily activities.
- Client Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with experts to grow business knowledge and network, driving business growth and expansion.
- Center Management: Effectively manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to optimize client experience.
- Client Experience: Drive the client experience by providing exceptional service, building trust, and exceeding expectations.

- Linguistic Proficiency: Bilingual language proficiency in Cantonese is required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Financial Services Experience: Possess experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrate one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Cash Handling Experience: Have six months of cash handling experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree, such as business management, business administration, or finance.

- Client Solutions Advisory: Provide personalized solutions to meet clients' unique needs and preferences.

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. This role is currently benefits eligible.
