About Us:
Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. As a Business Development Director, you will work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
Your primary goal will be to build effective partnerships that drive business growth and ensure a positive experience for our clients throughout the contracting process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, contracts, and legal, to develop and implement contract solutions.
