Job Description:
As a Research Scientist in our Skin Research & Innovation group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scientific discovery programs related to skin health and aging. You will work closely with internal partners to develop and assess AI-based molecular biology and modeling to support our skin health business and research. Your findings will be presented through data visualizations to internal stakeholders and contribute to scientific publications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring new ideas to life.
This role requires a strong background in biology or chemistry, with experience in bioinformatics, cell/molecular biology, or computational biology. You should have a general understanding of skin biology and experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or C . A Master's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience is preferred, although a Ph.D. with 2 years of experience may also be considered.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, project management, and execution skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. Required Skills and Qualifications:
