Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estimating efforts, project management, and business development in a company focused on long-term growth and community impact.
- Develop detailed, accurate estimates for projects ranging from $10K to $1M in value, including ADUs, remodels, and waterproofing solutions.
- Read and interpret plans, understanding all aspects of construction from foundation to roof.
- Evaluate building envelopes for moisture issues, ventilation, humidity, and water infiltration to develop comprehensive solutions.
