Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Food Service Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and catering operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Hiring, training, empowering, coaching, and counseling team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.
- Developing, recommending, implementing, and managing the department's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts, and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
