Job Description:
The National Account Executive - Fresh and Processed Protein will be responsible for driving sales growth of new Cryovac Brand Packaging offerings in the retail channel. This includes creating pull-through in the retail channel, formulating growth projects based on market insights, pain points, and customer feedback, and presenting Cryovac Brand Packaging solutions to major retailers using an insight-led approach and sound financial reasoning.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of new Cryovac Brand Packaging offerings in the retail channel
- Create pull-through in the retail channel, including brick and mortar retail and e-commerce
- Formulate growth projects based on market insights, pain points, and customer feedback
- Present Cryovac Brand Packaging solutions to major retailers using an insight-led approach and sound financial reasoning
- Maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers in the retail channel
- Be the source of market intelligence for Cryovac Brand Food Packaging in North America
Requirements:
- ~10 years of experience in the retail perishable sector, specifically fresh or processed protein
- Ability to travel 50-70% of the time
- Valid passport
- Retail category management knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
