Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, optimizing performance across e-commerce platforms. Drive integration of eCommerce capabilities with in-practice brick-and-mortar strategies to drive adoption of home delivery and ensure consistent consumer experiences online and offline. Oversee the implementation of digital merchandising, technology platforms, and data tools that increase engagement, conversion rates, and sales growth.
