Retail Leadership Position

Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leadership Position candidate to join our team as a Guest Experience Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will provide leadership and guidance to the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of running a convenience store location.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the store team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including quality control, merchandising, and safety programs.
• Assisting the Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year retail or food experience.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification (a plus but not mandatory).
• A willingness to give extra effort to help others.
• Computer skills are helpful.

Working Conditions
This role requires full-time availability, working a variety of hours, day and night, as well as ability to travel 5% for training and meetings.
