The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at Jobleads-US is seeking an experienced Financial Risk Training SME to drive the development and delivery of training programs for Citi's risk management strategy.
As a key member of the ERMTP team, you will provide thought leadership to design and develop enterprise-wide training content promoting Citi's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and supporting risk and control policies.
You will leverage your deep knowledge of financial risks, including wholesale credit risk, retail credit risk, liquidity, and market risk, to identify opportunities to harmonize training content across related risk and control topics.
Partnering with Risk & Controls Policy Owners and Learning Advisors, you will drive the annual ERMTP Training Needs Analysis (TNA), gap analysis, and training planning process.
This role requires strong ERM, risk management, controls, audit, or compliance experience, with a working knowledge of risk and controls policies, standards, programs, and processes.
You will establish and operationalize ERMTP standards, processes, and controls to ensure sustainability of the ERMTP, including monitoring training efficacy metrics and driving annual TNA review.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of financial industry-related experience, including 8-10 years' experience in ERM, risk management, controls, internal audit, or compliance.
